SMASH
SMASH is a fitness training and nutrition education program
that promotes overall healthy living through complimentary fitness activities,
nutrition education and practical cooking skills. We will be doing a variety of
activities throughout the program that focus on total body fitness (strength,
endurance, flexibility, cardio, etc.) as well as various topics in nutrition
and easy cooking skills (basic nutrition, simple healthy snacks and meals,
pre/post- workout foods, hydration, etc.).
This program is for all students, the only requirement is a
desire to learn how to live healthier!
FALL/WINTER 2013 PROGRAM DETAILS:
Session #2
Who: 6th - 8th graders
What: One hour of fitness training
One hour of nutrition education and cooking
When: 11/18, 11/20, 11/25, 12/2, 12/4,
12/9, 12/11, 12/16
2:30-4:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays
Where: Twin Oaks Middle School
Cost: $125 per session

This portal does not require a log in.

Students have access to their Schoology accounts, along with
Google Apps for Education and more via the Student portal: http://www.priorlake-savage.k12.mn.us/students. Students
must first login to our website with their computer username and password. Please
make sure they do not use @plsas.org after the username. All letters in
the password must be lowercase. Once they’re logged in, they have
direct access to their Schoology account by clicking on the Schoology link in
the right column.
If your student is having trouble logging in, please contact
his or her classroom teacher or media specialist.

F.R.O.G. Club Information Night for Parents: "Fathfully Rely on God"
Interested parents of Middle School students are encouraged to attend a meeting on Tuesday, October 29th at 6:30 – 7:15PM in the Hidden Oaks Library to learn more about the F.R.O.G. Club available to middle school students.
